Domestic Cleaning

Let us take care of your routine household chores. We can provide a weekly, fortnightly or monthly service. We understand that every home is different so we will do our best to assess and meet your exact needs. This service includes:

RECEPTION ROOMS & BEDROOMS: Vacuum carpets and wash hard floors. Remove cobwebs and dust throughout including window ledges and fixtures. KITCHEN: Wash floor, clean all work surfaces, wipe clean appliances and cupboard doors. BATHROOM: Clean toilets, basins, baths, showers and tiles.

Window Cleaning

We clean domestic and commercial windows and glazed doors. Our friendly and reliable team use a variety of window cleaning systems in order to clean even hard to access areas. We also clean conservatory windows and roofs.

Gutter Cleaning & Repair

SM Property Solutions use ‘no ladder’ telescopic gutter cleaning equipment. We are able to clean difficult to reach gutters with restricted access or awkward corners. We video record the gutter cleaning process to save our clients having to climb up in order to see evidence of the end results. Our current charge is £5 per metre. Please get in touch to request a quote for commercial gutter cleaning. We also offer a maintenance service and can assess, quote for and carry out any additional repairs to guttering that might be required.

End of Tenancy Cleaning

Letting Agents, let us help you clean your properties. Your tenants can move into a fresh, clean property and we will help make the process seamless and worry-free. We recognise that letting agents need a cleaning service they can rely on. We provide a professional, deep clean that includes refrigerators, dishwashers, microwaves and removal of all grease and grime accumulated throughout a previous tenant occupancy. ROUTINE/DAILY

Our first point of contact with you is to visit the site and understand your needs. We then provide a fully specified quotation along with Risk Assessment, Health and Safety Policy Statement and Insurance documentation. Our pricing is transparent and clearly shows the cost breakdown.

ONE-OFF

We are well placed to deal with any type of one-off cleaning you require. We have teams of specialist cleaners who will undertake floor maintenance cleaning, escalator cleaning, builders clean and pre-let cleans.

Fire & Flood Damage

It’s important to start the restoration and cleaning process as quickly as possible in the event of a fire or flood, which is why we offer an emergency call out service: 07870 648 479. Our experienced team will arrive promptly with specialist equipment and training. The extent and type of damage restoration and cleaning required can vary enormously. We are able to quickly assess the situation on arrival and deal with the cleaning operation in an efficient manner.

FLOODING

Flooding can cause severe damage. We will ensure the building and area is safe before starting the restoration and cleaning process. We will pump all floodwater out of the building and assess the damage and clear the area, attempting to salvage anything where possible. We will then start extensive cleaning, whilst checking for any structural damage. The entire flooded area will be completely dried and dehumidified, which avoids build up of bad odours and mould.

FIRE & SMOKE

Our cleaning process will effectively remove soot, smoke particles and scorch marks. We will also search for hidden damage areas to ensure all soot and smoke particles are removed to avoid continued discolouration or unpleasant odour.

Needlestick Search and Disposal
