Plumbing

The SM Property Solutions team are efficient and reliable and can plumb in and repair anything from a single tap to a full bathroom suite. We also provide an emergency plumbing problem call-out service.

PLUMBING SERVICE INCLUDES: Remove Old & Install New Bathroom Suite, Kitchen Sink, Water Tank, Leaking Tap, Radiator or Pipe, Unblock Drain, Toilet Flush Repair, Shower Replacement or Repair, Blocked Sink, Bath, Basin & Waste Pipes, Central Heating Cylinder, Immersion Heater, Ball Valve, Stopcock, Overflow, Drip, Blocked Sink, Fit New or Repair Tap & Mixer Tap, Repair or Replace Burst Pipe.

PLUMBING SERVICE RATES: £20 per hour during social hours 9am to 5pm. Out of hours £80 call out then £25 per hour thereafter.

Carpentry & Joinery

Our team can make, fit or repair wooden doors, windows, staircases, floorboards, cabinets, roof trusses and partitions using traditional woodworking tools and specialised power and hand tools for expert wood cutting, shaping, smoothing and finishing. We can create fitted bedrooms cabinets, bespoke kitchen wood detailing, repair rotten window cills and furniture and install solid wood flooring.

Electrical Services

Our electricians are qualified and highly trained, NICEIC approved contractor and domestic installers. We offer solutions for all types of electrical needs. Our team are experienced in all aspects of electrical installation and repair from rewiring and property improvements to security systems and electric heating.

General Maintenance & Repairs

SM Property Solutions provide a reliable, professional and affordable property maintenance and repair service. We offer a range of planning, fitting and general refurbishment services for homeowners, landlords and business owners. We can also act as project manager to ensure smooth running from start to finish, ideal if you have a bigger project and have limited availability to oversee the work.
